Sailing courses for children.

A beginner Optimist sailing course for children between 6 and 12 years of age will be offered in English.
During the course the children will learn basics about sailing, such as safety on the water, how to rig the boat, terminology on boat parts, basic knots, capsizing, steering, wind direction, current, how to set the sail to the wind direction, tacking, jibing and how to stop the boat. At the end of the course all children should be confident enough to sail a course on the water and return to the beach safely.

With our small sailing boats, your child will be able to make his/her first experience in sailing
Your child will be supervised by an instructor, at all times.
